Shipping and Processing Time

Your product will be processed and shipped within 3-6 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding Malaysia National holidays) after payment completion.

All parcels are shipped via Poslaju, J&T Express, or DHL ecommerce.

You will receive an automatic shipping notification email containing a tracking number. If you haven’t received an email within 48 hours, please contact us.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat rate of RM10 for all standard shipping within Peninsular Malaysia. Orders of RM200 and above qualify for free shipping.

Shipping to East Malaysia is calculated based on weight, starting at RM18 for the first 1.5kg.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your order. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist.

If you receive a damaged or unusable product, please email us with attached photos of the damaged item. We will provide instructions on how to return or exchange your purchase.

Our return policy covers all regular-priced items and is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. Product exchanges are only available if you received a defective or damaged item or if an incorrect product was mistakenly sent.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items must be returned new, unused, and with original packaging, accessories, and all original contents included.

Shipping charges associated with product returns are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you. If approved, a refund will be issued via store credit/voucher to your account.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
